On the Settings page the ‘Save Changes’ Button does not work – I can’t click it!. Any ideas what I need to do?

    Hi,

Are there any errors/warnings on the page that indicate that something maybe wrong?

could you also check the developer console of your browser and take a screenshot and share it here so we can help identify the problem.

To open the developer console press the following keys together:

    Google Chrome:
    Windows: Ctrl + Shift + J
    Mac OS: Cmd + Opt + J
    Firefox:
    Windows: Ctrl + Shift + K
    Mac OS: Cmd + Opt + K
    Internet Explorer:
F12, then click on the “Console” tab
    Safari:
    Cmd + Opt + C

    Best Wishes,

    Ashley

    Hi,

It appears that there are some issues with JavaScript on the page.

Could you temporarily deactivate the other plugins on the site and try to save your UpdraftPlus settings? Does the save button work in this case?

Thanks @dnutbourne I did what you suggested and then reactivated them individually. I have isolated the offender ‘White Label CMS’

It’s not required here so thanks
