Cant save changes plug broken

  • I just pointed:
    – Display total number of executed SQL queries and page loading time
    – Compress all code
    – Remove HTML comments
    – Remove header WordPress generator meta tag
    and now i want to unpoint it beacuse slider isnt word. I click save changes and i see information Option saved but nothing saved. Option are futher pointed. I try off the plug but the option is still active
    The same situation on 2 blogs WP 3.9.1 , plug ver. 2.0
    Please help
