Inexplicably I am all the sudden unable to make any changes to my WordPress page menu. I go in and make my changes and when I hit “Save Menu” I get a screen that says “Are you sure you want to do this”. There isn’t even a Yes or No button. The only way to get off the screen is to hit the back button. I have no idea what caused this. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins one at a time and I still have the error. I really don’t want to do a new WP install. Any help? My site is: emilywhitedesigns.com

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

I updated the Woo Theme framework and it resolved the issue. Thank you.

I had the same problem – This was reproducible on all sites I have with WooFramework v. 5.3.8 – upgrading to 5.3.9 solved it.
