Can’t save changes to my word press website

  • I have been making and saving changes to my new web site but now when I try to SAVE or SAVE AND CONTINUE..I get a message ‘Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page..’ and I have no way to save any changes. I tried help from my hosting firm but they are also stumped and suggested I try this avenue.
    Anyone with any suggestions?

  • This happened in a list group I was in and the solution was to kill the WYSIWYG editor. (Which I never use anyway.) So see if that works. And if it does, I’m at a loss to explain what the problem would be.

    The first thing I’d do, tho, is clear my browser cache. (Also known as Private Data.) Do that and then return to your dashboard and try to create and save a post.
