Can’t save configuration

    Hi,

    I installed plugin but I cannot save credentials information on settings section.
    I tried to use previous version with rollback plugin, but issue still the same.
    Find below information you requested from user in similar requests :

    1. PHP version 7.0.31
    2. WordPress version 4.9.8
    3. Plugin version 1.8
    4. Browser version Chrome 69.0.3497.81
    5. Is the issue being faced by you on all browsers or any specific one? YES
    6. OS version on which issue is being faced. Windows 10
    7. PHP error logs(if any)
    8. Browser console log errors

  • It happens to me exactly the same.

    After entering the 2 keys of the API, the button to save the configuration does not activate, so it is impossible to save anything and the plugin does not work.

    I have tested in several facilities and it is the same in both.

    It happens to me exactly the same.

    Did anyone get this resolved?

    Sincere apologies for the delayed response.
    This issue is caused by ad blocker plugins which blocks ‘aalb_credentials.js’ file to load. Please disable ad blocker plugin on WordPress admin page and then enter credentials and then press save button. This issue is caused if WordPress running on HTTP, No issue if WordPress is running on HTTPS.
