    I am using Elementor 3.10.0 and Elementor Pro 3.10.1 (new releases from today). I am also using Essential Addons for Elementor 4.0.1 + Essential Addons for Elementor Pro 5.5.2.

    When I try to save my Elementor template condition (to get my header to show sitewide), it throws this error:

    Using Hello Elementor theme. My header was working fine before updating Elementor to 3.10.0.

    I did some testing. I deactivated all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro, then started reactivating plugins and retrying to save my template condition;

    With Essential Addons for Elementor 4.0.1 + Essential Addons for Elementor Pro 5.5.2 (I need Pro) activated, I can’t save conditions with Elementor. With them deactivated I can save conditions just fine.

    For now, I have worked around this issue by temporarily deactivating Essential Addons and Essential Addons Pro, editing my template and its conditions and saving that, and then reactivating Essential Addons and Essential Addons Pro. Not a long-term solution, but at least this worked for me.

    Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing

    Could you please ensure that you are using the latest update of Essential Addons for Elementor version 5.5.2 and Essential Addons for Elementor PRO version 5.4.3 ?

    And then try the issue again? Hopefully, it will fix the issue.

    And if you still face any issues, Since you are using Essential Addons for Elementor PRO and according to www.ads-software.com’s policy, all the Pro widget /plugin issues must be handled outside of the www.ads-software.com so please create a support ticket from here

    I pasted the wrong version # by accident. I am using Essential Addons for Elementor 5.5.2 with Essential Addons for Elementor Pro 5.4.3. I had posted here because I was unsure whether the issue was with the free plugin itself or with pro specifically. I tested again just now; when I deactivate the pro version it still happens, but when I deactivate the free version the issue stops. So should I still open a ticket there, or do we continue here?

    Could you please share your Site health and debug log file with us so that we can try to understand the issue?

    Thanks for following up. I played with this some more. This particular site uses WPML. The error occurs only when both Essential Addons (free) and WPML String Translations are activated.

    With Essential Addons (free) active but WPML String Translations deactivated: no error

    With Essential Addons (free) deactivated but WPML String Translations active: no error

    With both Essential Addons (free) and WPML String Translations activated: error.

    I can provide a test site, not sure how to get that info to you. I see you’re on Slack but couldn’t figure out how to DM you. I am not much of a Slack user..

    Hi Pial,

    I see your demonstration but what I didn’t see was your error logs. In my own tests I was noticing that conditions weren’t saving, so I started watching my error logs.

    I sent the video and login info for my test site using a support ticket just now, though (just to be clear) my issue is with the free version and nothing to do with pro.
