Can’t save Forminator settings

    Hello,

    I just installed and made my first form. I wanted to add a captcha, so I followed the instructions. At the moment of registering the API keys, the extension tells me that everything has been installed correctly, but if I refresh the page, the keys of my captcha are not saved. (I can however customize and save my form without any problem. I can’t edit the settings though)

    I tried with Captcha and with hCaptcha. The result is the same each time. I tried to deactivate all plugins except forminator. This did not work. I have also temporarily changed my theme. The problem remains the same.

    I hope you’re well today!

    Such issues are usually a matter of conflict with a theme or some other plugin but if you have already tried disabling them, I suppose we can rule such conflict out.

    Other most common reasons for such issues are:
    – some sort of server-level cache
    – and/or some firewall (usually server-level or in CDN such as CloudFlare or similar) blocking some requests (that’d be “false positive” but may happen sometimes)

    Is there any server-side cache on your host and if yes, did you try to purge it fully?

    What about firewall or other security features on your server – are there any and if yes, would you be able to check (or ask your host to check) logs to see if there are any Forminator-related issues logged there?
