Just like to reply that I’m having the same issue (installed the plugin yesterday), also tried troubleshooting without results. Using the latest versions of Elementor, Elementor Pro, WP, and wp memory limit is 1024Mb.

I’d just like to add that downgrading to the previous version of the plugin works in my case, the version 2.0.5.4.1 saves normally on our platform. I’ve tested the latest one with only Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Hello theme active and it would still load endlessly.

I’ve downgraded, twice, and while it saves the menu doesn’t work as expected. No mega menu pops up, and instead it acts like a regular menu item with no dropdown or anything. Thoughts?
