Cant save messages text

    I can not save messages text like “Welcome to your %QUIZ_NAME%”

    Everything works fine with the plugin but this does not.

    When I click on Save Text Message I get this error in the console :

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getContent' of undefined

    I am using the last free version of QSM – Version 7.3.1

    I found out the trigger for the BUG.

    It happens when Visual Editor is disabled on User Options.

    It is something that could be fixed.

    At first, I suggest you to kindly check for plugin and theme conflict on your website. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like?Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have indeed a conflict. You can then switch back to the theme you are using to check if you can reproduce the issue. If the issue isn’t reproduced when your theme is active, you can enable one plugin at a time to check when the issue reappears. Doing this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.
