cant save my Bitpay (bitcoin) address to the Bitpay / WooCommerce plugin

Hello,
How can I change the Bitcoin address to be mine? It will not save the change and, always defaults to the same one.
Changing the API key does not help.
I’m using Bitpay and WooCommerce plugins for WP.
