Cant save new article

    Hi there,

    I am unable to save and publish the first social posting on any existing post that hasn’t already been published or on any new post. The save button is greyed out with the only option being to cancel? the site is: https://esichub.com/

    All social accounts are set and the plugin was working but now it is not? free version: 1.2.8 all bar one plugin is updated and tested with most plugins turned off?

    Hi David,

    I can’t schedule any posts, new or old. The save button is not active only the cancel button?

    Hi Peter,

    Thank you very much for the screenshot. You just need to select the profile; that is, after switching to the appropriate network (in the screenshot it’s Twitter), hover over the profile and click on it to “select” it. In Nelio Content you can create the same message for multiple profiles at once, which means you need to explicitly tell our tool which profile(s) has to be used.

    Finally, notice that a warning message appears when hovering over a disabled ?Save? button. In this particular case, it’d say something like “You need to select a profile”.

    Can you please confirm this is the issue you’re facing?
