Can't save new fields

I can’t save new fields. Filled, click “updates” and it disappear. Maybe some issues with the plugin after update WP to 4.4.1?
BTW it looks like ” BP Profile Search 4.4.1: Form 6773 was not found, or has no fields.” the place where the form mentioned on my webpage.
Any suggestion how to resolve?
