I’m using the URL Redirection tool in SmartCrawl Free. Currently have three redirections that work just fine. When I add a fourth URL and click Save Settings, the new redirection is not saved.

All the pages and redirecting from and to are published and display fine.

Is there a limit on the number of redirections in the free version of SmartCrawl? If so, I can’t find mention of that in the documentation.

Using WordPress 5.5, SmartCrawl 2.7.0, Astra Theme 2.5.4, Elementor 3.0.4 and Elementor Pro 3.0.1.

    Hi @mattspaur

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

There shouldn’t be such limit and fourth (and more) redirect should work the same.

If there’s any type of cache running on site and/or server – have you tried to clear it? Sometimes it can get in a way so it’s worth checking.

Also, what’s the redirect that you’re trying to add?

I’m asking as it might be relevant as the fact it doesn’t save might be related to e.g. some specific characters used in URLs or some specific syntax (that would most likely be some glitch/bug if so but we’d need to check it).

Finally, just to make sure – if you’re trying to add/change any other option in SmartCrawl or other plugins, they are working fine, right?

    Kind regards,
    Adam
