Can't Save New Venue (or event)

I am happy with this plugin — and was using it fine with submissions and venue submissions. After I updated wordpress (3.5.2) and recently relocated servers — the “new venue” submission no longer works. It doesn’t work from either the plugin back end or the user submission page. As a result no one can submit new events unless they pick one of the (aprox) 5 locations that were saved before this happened. If they chose one of those they can submit an event just fine.

Please help.

P.S. I checked past topics — and someone had a similar issue but it was with “(OVER_QUERY_LIMIT)” I do not get that message. I get “( )” blank parentheses for the error message.
