    It sounds like there might be a conflict.

    Can you enable debug mode by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Show Geeky Options > Enable debug mode (safe PHP errors)? Then reply back with the error messages that appear.

    Hi,
    Thank you for replying.

    I activated the debug mode following your direction.
    No error is showing anywhere. Is there any error log page like the cpanel php errors?
    I’ve attached a screenshot (https://imgur.com/0Y1DNAD), please check. In that page, if I click any button (Send Preview, Next Step), it shows “Saving Newsletter”. but actually, it’s doing nothing.

    Anyway, If I activate the newsletter, it sends the email but only the subject.

    I am having similar issues , just installed plugin, trying to create first news letter , plugin becomes unresponsive . I enabled safe PHP errors and below is error I get.

    Strict Standards: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method IAgree::add_iagree_menu() should not be called statically in /home/cannabis/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 525

    Just started having this issue.

    Have followed all instructions–deactivated all plugins, duplicated, started new, and updated PHP https://docs.mailpoet.com/article/14-cant-duplicate-save-newsletters

    Apparently this issue has been around for almost a year with no resolution. I can’t wait a year. Would appreciate hearing from others with this issue and what newsletter app you have moved on to.
