Can’t save or update any widget created with gutenberg

Hi all! I’m having problems creating widgets with gutenberg, no matter which link I use. I tryed from appareance–widgets, and from astra theme customizer both give me different errors.

From customizer the widget is created but can’t edit it’s contente (just create the block).
From widgets, when I try to Update I get this error “ObjectObject”, and update button still active (says updating and I can click it again, but nothing changes).

It’s a new installation of wordpress, I’m using astra theme, I deleted all widgets from astra home template, and then tryed to create first widget, then I see the error.

I’ve installed “health and checker” run diagnostic but still having same error (no plugins and with twenty twenty theme).
