Hey guys, we bought your pro package and it can’t save or upload large tables. Please advise.

Also, we cannot export the PDF file because of an inefficiency in the plugin. Memory limits are sufficient and maxed out.

The emails you sent us did not not deal with any of the issues in the slightest and couldn’t have been less helpful. I’m not sure if you were buying time or you don’t know what you’re doing but either way we’ve given you guys admin access and you’re basically sitting on it with no plan and no progress.

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

Currently you guys have taken down our tables in the middle of buying season and we have not heard from you. Please advise in the next 30 minutes on fixes.

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

And by taking down our tables I mean that we had table info in a table, being displayed, and you guys went in there and deleted it in an attempted fix. We gave you admin access not so you could yank on whatever you wanted to yank on, but to advise appropriate fixes (and we have not been advised on any fix since purchasing this product). The Internet doesn’t forget folks — time to circle your wagons and figure out what real service is because this isn’t it.

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

These guys asked and were given admin access to our site for over two days and not a response. The product still doesn’t work as advertised. We’ve basically had to do workaround after workaround without any assistance from these people. If you’re a professional business in need of professional service this is not the organization for you — barring some changes by the people running this plugin.

Another eight hours. Another non-response. The question is — will they come back and try to say that this is somehow not a problem. Or will they reply to this knowing that they shouldn’t sell a product with undisclosed limitations and/or bugs in general, but especially without having service channels setup to handle said limitations and/or bugs.

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

We have given up on a response. We’ve left them with wide open access as admins – for days now – which is probably the dumbest thing we could do. That they expect that level of access in order to fix bugs and for that long is insane.

    Hello, @abruski17

    Sorry, but we have weekends.
About your problem – you need to understand that our plugin works on your hosting, and if your hosting cuts data off while saving (due to the fact that your hosting is exceeded with data limits), our plugin can’t do much.

We will try to solve everything for you and for your hosting too.
We will inform you about the refults through our internal support.

    Best regards.

    (@abruski17)

Sorry, but this was brought to your attention well before the weekend.

Sorry, but if your product has limitations that standard hosting packages don’t adhere to, you should post them before you accept somebody’s money or even if you don’t accept somebody’s money. Say ‘our product can’t handle x amount of columns (23) or y amount of rows (+200) or some variable in between. Don’t say ‘it’s our baby and we want to make it as great as possible,’ say ‘we don’t provide our pro members any real service and ‘we have weekends.’

This is trash – after deleting a table on accident I presume you guys just asked for full FTP access to fix a table on a one-time basis I presume, ignoring the fact that we need the product to actually work, not go through your joke of a customer service experience each time we upload a table that’s more than 5×5 wide. We responded to you and we’re fully expecting to wait another 24 hours for a response, because ‘this is your baby.’ Right.

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

Wow – our table got mysteriously deleted again! In the middle of busy season and all while this company has asked for (and received) nearly a week of admin access. The hits just keep on coming!

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

Just an update. Pro member here and still haven’t gotten a lick of service. We’re going to cross a week soon.

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

Here’s the laugh of the day:

In day ‘whatever’ of this saga, they took a full day to respond to our question of what exactly did they want full FTP access for and to just tell us what they’re doing so our devs can do it. We got this:

    Aaron,

Our developer will made some changes (the specific value) in the files of our plugin, so only he needs to do this.

    Best regards,
    https://supsystic.com
    Ann

Well that’s great, Ann. Let’s have some random site on the Internet that doesn’t give a **** about customer service have access to the whole damn thing. Would you like some credit card numbers while you’re at it? How about maybe just updating your plugin so it works?

Do business with this company at your own risk. I’m sure we’ll get an answer back in a month saying ‘we have to have super admin rights or we can’t do anything.’

    Hi, @abruski17

We answered you as soon as we can.
Notice, that not everything does depend on our plugin.
Besides, the definition “standard hosting packages” – is not very full.
It can include unlimited package of options and settings of the server.
We are serious to fix your issue as soon as it possible, but not cursing and swearing.

    Best regards.

    (@abruski17)

Not sure where you guys went to business school, but it’s not your purchaser’s responsibility to provide specs for their hosting packages to the sellor before purchasing a product. It’s YOUR responsibility to post any limitations on your product, particularly when the buyer is operating within a standard and reasonable computing environment.

You have sold your own standards for handling customer service and it’s a part of the WARRANTY that you make as sellors when you collect money for your product.

If you were serious to fix the issue it would have taken place immediately after the issue presented itself, or you’d have tested your product to know you cannot have more than ‘x’ amount of rows or ‘y’ amount of columns. Or you’d disclose your limitations on the front-end before people bother with your product.

Lastly, nobody cursed or swore at you. Stop making stuff up and get to the business of customer service. Surely this thread is already enough to make any reasonable person think twice about downloading ‘your baby.’
