Can't save settings?

    I’m a little lost right now. I have installed the plugin (1.6.4) and went to settings > ad inserter. I put in my ad codes, devices etc.
    But how do I save the settings on this page???

    There is no save button to be found. Not below the blocks, not at the bottom of settings page, nowhere. When I leave the page it wipes all my settings.
    Where is the save button?
    I tried on live site & localhost with a few different themes already. Also reinstalled the plugin and deactivated all my other plugins. Can’t figure it out.

    On another note, what is the “General tag: gadgets” for? Do I leave that as is?
