    Hi,
I’ve installed the plugin OK, and can save most of the settings (like my merchant ID etc)

However, when I try and save the optional settings at the foot of the page for the Cancel URL and Return URL when the setting page finishes saving/loading, I get a 404 error page and the settings aren’t saved.

Could this be a database issue? I recently migrated the site using WP Clone, but everything else seems to be working just fine, and I can save other settings, it’s just those two parameters…

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hi Steve,

That is very strange. I think most likely it is another plugin using the same settings names. But it also could be a database issue.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve actually noticed that it also happens when I create a backup with WP Clone – when it finishes the backup it should go back to the WP Clone page, but instead a 404 page.

I’ll start disabling and re-enabling plugins and see how I get on…

    Thanks,
    Steve

Well, after deactivating/reactivating and so on, clearing cache from W3TotalCache and even installing WP-Optimize and running that, no joy.

so, I checked it wasn’t something daft like the thank you page being wrong. It was there alright, so I copied the URL across and tried again. It WORKED!

The only difference was is that I kept the trailing slash on the URL:

    So
https://mysite.co.uk/thank-you fails and leads me to a 404
https://mysite.co.uk/thank-you/ works and saves the page as it should.

Note, my permalinks are set to Post Name

Thanks and I hope this feedback provides some useful info

    Steve
