Can’t save settings in Mailpoet Backend – blank page

    Hi,

    we use Mailpoet in Free and Premium on some sites.
    On a new install the console shows this errors:

    “Warning: a span tag (owner: Tooltip) was passed a numeric string value for CSS property maxWidth (value: 400) which will be treated as a unitless number in a future version of React.
    mailpoet.ad7f3d4b.js:1249:8
    ReferenceError: SV_WP_Job_Batch_Handler is not defined[Weitere Informationen]
    admin.php:3470:1
    TypeError: e is undefined[Weitere Informationen]”

    After saving, a blank page appears.

  • Hi @pictibe,

    This looks like a plugin conflict. Can you disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

    If it does work, enable all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us which plugin is at fault.
