    I have 2 website in 2 different hosts, A and B
In site A, I can save Fire ??, Telephone Receiver ?? emoji in title and description.
But in site B, I do the same but the page just reload, not save these emoji.

I try to insert ?? and ?? directly in phpmyadmin on site B, there’s an error:

Warning: #1366 Incorrect string value: ‘\xF0\x9F\x93\x9E 0…’ for column wp_postmeta.meta_value at row 1

I try with ? or ??, mysql can save it.

    What is this error?

    Hi @mrhuynhanh,

Sorry to know that you’re having a problem inserting emojis on the title and description of your site B. Yoast SEO supports using emoji in SEO title and description as long as your WordPress installation supports them. Are you able to add and save the icon in the WordPress editor?

Can you confirm that the new database is using a utf8mb4 collation that supports storing emoji? We strongly recommend contacting your hosting provider to help with any database changes since this could break your site.

You were right. I change table collation to utf8mb4 and it’s working now
