I’m trying to exclude Categories, I downloaded the latest version of the plugin after not having the old version for a while since I didn’t need it. I now need to delete the majority of my products off of Facebook, so I’m trying to exclude all categories to see if that works. But pressing the “Save” button on the Product Sync page after having selected even 2 categories doesn’t work, the page stays as is after pressing the Save Button. I thought that may have been normal, and maybe I need to just press the Product Sync button and it’ll just sync (exclude what I’ve chosen) and self-save that way, but that didn’t work. Even in refreshing the page only one Category is chosen to be excluded, and that category is one I’ve chosen like 1 year ago when I did have the plugin, so it was already saved when I reinstalled.

How do I simply save that page with all the categories chosen, if there’s a workaround.

I thinkI see what’s going on. Is the plugin coded in a way it searches through all the products in a selected category to determine if it has products that are already synced? Because if so that might be the reason for this, since I have thousands and thousands of products. Because I tried with a category that didn’t have many products and it the Exclude popup came up quickly. But when I chose some with a lot of products it took forever. It also seems to search already chosen categories again, so even if you manage to wait long enough for the exclude popup box to finally appear and press the exclude button so the page saves, if you want to add more it’ll take the same amount of time to wait or much more if the next category you add to it also has a lot of products.
Is there a bypass to this.

I understand you select 2 categories to exclude and press save, but it is not working ??
To get a better idea about the site’s configuration, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can get it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?
