Hello! After I moved from HTTP to a more secure HTTPS connection the save function is now working. Like, don’t get me wrong it kind of works but not fully. If I try to translate something it will not get me the saved message but it will still say saving translation… but it will save it. I can save it like this only once because the button will stay like that forever then. I’m using Cloudflare Origin CA certificate (setting Full SSL, Apache2). Everything works fine except TranslatePress saving. I purged everything and on using Cloudflare plugin with HTTPS redirect settings on and website Cloudflare with rewrite HTTP to HTTPS. Can someone tell me what I can do? Thanks and have a beautiful day! ??

*This is a re-post! In my last post, I got pretty much no help so I will try that again

    4 days and still nothing…

    Hello,

As this seems to need further investigation my suggestion would be to create a ticket at:
    https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/

Please mention this link so me or my colleagues will know what we already tried and didn’t work.

P.S — Our work schedule is from Monday to Thursday and since lately we have had several tickets on the premium forum, we need to focus on answering those first and only then; we can answer on the free forum.

I understand the frustration that the plugin is not working properly in your case and the responses from the support team are not as fast as you would like, but we assure you that if you want to work together to solve this problem, we will get to the bottom of it.

    Kind regards,

    (@tomousek)

    Hello,

I send the ticket now. Looking forward for more communication. Thanks!

    Thank you for that.

We have responded to your request on the prepaid forum, and we will keep the conversation there.
When we will have a resolution to the issue, we will leave it here too for other users who may encounter the same problem.

    Cheers,

The problem encounter by the user is server-side and has nothing to do with our plugin therefore we will close this ticket.

If you encounter issues with our plugin or, have questions regarding it; please create a new ticket.

    Warmest regards,
