    I am trying to set up the connector but I am getting error when saving user: Cant save user

    Make sure you’re working with the latest version of connector module (2.1.8) and Mobile Assistant app (3.0.3).

    If the issue occurs on the newest versions, please submit a ticket on our official eMagicOne website and attach your QR-code (can be found in connector settings) for further assistance.
