Can’t scroll down on my friend’s website

    Hello everyone ??

    I just noticed that I can’t seem to scroll down on my friend’s website for some reason and I’m not sure why. The theme is updated and the plugins are updated and I have no idea what happened. Can anyone help? I’ve looked around the internet on my own but this seems to be website-specific. Can anyone help?
