Can't see Add New in Reports section for Editor

Hi
I’ve tried to edit the role to include exports_reports_full_access for Editors, but I can’t see the Add New link in the Reports section of the WP admin panel. Only administrators can see this.
Can you suggest how I can enable Editors to create reports?
