Can't see all my plugins in control panel – installed plugins

  • My site works as it should, but i can only see 9 of my 31 plugins in the control panel.. (can see 31 from FTP) They are all activated and works as they should. (availible in the left meny) So i do not know if there are any updates or what version of the plugin i have installed.. I am not sure if this happened before upgrading to WP 3.2.. hopefully anyone can assist me finding the cause of this bug and also help me find a solution to this.

    Also i do not have an option to add plugins or edit them anymore. My other wordpress site does not have this problem. And it is on the same hosting company and also running WordPress 3.2
