Can’t see any links in the plugin after creating them

  • Hello,

    I recently migrated a website to Cloudways, and since then, my PrettyLinks installation has been bugged. I could not see any of the existing Pretty Links, or when creating a new one. I said there was 51 links, but they are invisible.

    I have tried everything from deactivating, repairing database tables, fully deleting the plugin (which didn’t delete the links), and now finally today I tried deleting the plugin -> clearing cache -> deleting the two database tables with prli in the name -> clearing cache -> installing plugin: And I still can’t see the links after creating them.

    Any advice?

    You can install this plugin, refresh your admin a couple of times, and then delete the plugin again. This will typically solve this issue, however you’re links may be gone due to dropping the prli_ tables. So you’ll need to try adding a new link afterwards to check if it’s fixed the issue or not.
