Cant see backup in my dropbox

    Hi. I cant see any backup file in my dropbox. But I can backup and restore very good, but cant see any backup file in my dropbox. How can I download my file to pc?

    Hi,

    For UpdraftPlus www.ads-software.com free version, the backups are saved in ‘Apps/UpdraftPlus.com’ folder in your Dropbox account. Did you login directly to your Dropbox.com account and check the folder?

    Alternatively, you can download the backup manually if you go to ‘Existing Backups’ tab and click on the components (database, plugins, themes, uploads and others) that you wish to download.
