Can’t see categories, or see Media

  • I’m unable to see categories when I go to create a new post, and on top of that I cannot access the media at all. If I try to upload something I get a JSON error, if I click on media it just forever loads.

    The plugins I have are:
    Contact Form 7
    Essential Grid
    LoginPress – Customizing the WordPress Login
    MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress
    Simple User Avatar
    The Events Calendar
    ThemeREX Addons
    WooCommerce
    WPBakery Page Builder
    XPress Forum User Bridge

    I’ve tried to remove each plugin individually, however it didn’t do anything for the problem. The theme I’m using is GameZone on Themeforest.

    Sorry for the issue you’re experiencing.

    Try disabling all your plugins and try again. Also, switch to a default WordPress theme (2018, 2019, etc) and try again.

    Finally, if you’re using an outdated version of WordPress, kindly update it to the newest release.
