    Hi theskyking111,
Thank you for the access. As far as we see your WP Theme is not built with wordpress standards and I’d recommend to change it. This is not wpDiscuz problem, you’ll not be able to use any other comment plugins too. We tried to check template files but in Dashboard > Appearance > Editor section we didn’t find single.php and other important theme files. In other words this theme is totally incompatible with plugin integrations. We can’t re-code all missing things in this theme. That’s huge work.

Please connect with FTP and search in theme files single.php and try to check if it has comments_template() function. This is the main function for all comment plugins.

    Hi,
I have the same problem. I checked my single.php file and I have the comments_template() added I also checked my header.php file and I have wp_head() add as well (one of the websites said this is also a problem). I have social login that allows users to user their social media account to post comments. If I disable this plugin I can see the comments displayed, but if I turn it on I get only X comment on …

    Hi gigilibl,
have you optimized comments? Please go to Comments > wpDiscuz Settings and click on [Supercharge My Comments] button, and wait for 100%. It seem you’ve not done this step.

I have wp super cache but it is disabled for 2 days now (before this plugin was added). As for login details I’ll have to ask for the permission from the client to give them to you and to change the dashboard language to English as it is in Serbian now. If you have a list of common problems you can email it at mr.gigiliIII[@]gmail.com or send it here and I will check them.

    1) Go to Settings > Discussions and check those options, those should look like on this screen: https://screencast.com/t/gijHIZ5eysT
    2) Then on the same page check if this option is enabled: https://screencast.com/t/9TVnYz4BNR
    3) Read this support topic: https://www.gvectors.com/questions/wpdiscuz-comment-form-is-missing/
    4) Check in dashboard, if you see “There are new comments for optimization [button for optimization]” message, click and try to re-optimize comments again.

    Hi,

sorry for the bit of a late replay the first option was disable in settings -> Discussions, the one that allows nested comments.

Thank you for your help and quick response. ??

Great to hear that it works!
If wpDiscuz 3 works good on your websites, please leave some good review or just click on [works] button on the bottom of the right sidebar here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpdiscuz/

    Thank you for your time!
