Cant see cookie in frontend

It looks like this website uses a Custom WordPress Theme which does not implement all of the required WordPress hooks (such as wp_head(), for example) that Complianz needs to load itself on your website.

Could you test whether the banner appears when you temporarily switch a default WordPress theme, such as one of the Twenty-Twenty themes?

If it does, you’ll know that it is indeed related to your custom theme, and you can ask your theme developer to implement the necessary WordPress hooks.

Its my theme and wp_head() is implemented on the website. What i can see all of the required WordPress hooks is implemented in the theme.

Is there any more hooks that i need to make the plugin to work?

Could you additionally check for the presence of the wp_footer() hook in your theme?

Had you additionally confirmed that this works on a default WordPress theme, as I suggested above, so that we can be certain that the current theme is the cause of your issue?

I have the same problem and I can see the presence of both functions in my theme (Hello Elementor). In fact I could see the previous cookie consent plugin I had.
Can youu help me, please?

If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the WordPress Forum Rules, please post your own topic.

Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc.

If you also post the URL to your site in the “The page I need help with” section, this will allow us to take a look at your setup as well.
