Can′t see costumer bought items after upgrading

I upgraded to version 4.0.1 tried going back on versions and still have the error.
on the order page it says on the order notes:
“Order saving error. Element template_type not exists!”
now can′t see in the orders what items where bought.
please need help

I suggest downgrade your woocommerce to previous version and wait for woocommerce developer team to reply to your topic
