Hello again!

I’ve just create another post for another issue related, but I think it’s one issue by topic, right?

I’ve create a custom role named Holders, so I can edit the WP capabilities of this users, and make this role the default for registration, in wordpress configuration and in ultimate member page, I don’t know if this is right or wrong.

The users register ok, without problem, and can confirm his registrations trough email link, but when I go to the member list page, I can’t see any members (image attached of the member list configuration).

If I change some user profile from custom to another default role, like suscriber or author, the member lists shows up without problem.

What can I do?

Hello @missveronicatv !

I’ve just cleared cache, disabled the wp-optimize plugin, and verify if the server have gzip compression, all it’s disabled, and the problem still remain in the same way.

I’ve try the conflict test and the issue still remain in the same way.

It’s really weird.

There’s something else to do? I think maybe load a clean installation of wordpress and only the UM to check if there’s any conflict with the server, IDK…
