Can't see Disqus Comments in WordPress

I installed this plugin on a multisite WordPress setup and I don’t see the Disqus link under comments as shown in the first screenshot (https://s.w.org/plugins/disqus-conditional-load/screenshot-1.png?r=1192441) I don’t know if its because of this being multisite or if something else is going wrong or not setup on my end.
