Can't see Disqus the way it's supposed to display.

Nothing is broken there. But color looks same (website template and disqus template)

Did you try normal Disqus plugin instead of our plugin now?

I haven’t tried the normal one because I liked yours better…I will now and see if it works.

Normal one doesn’t work either, missing all of the same parts.

Ok. Then please change your Disqus color scheme in Disqus.com dashboard. Go to disqus.com and under your sites settings, you will see and option to change look and feel. Please see this screenshot
