    Hello
I’ve bought the Pro version of your plugin. I’ve add a lot of product photos in folders via ftp and I am using your plugin to sync these images over to media library. The next step is to be able to view the folders when I want to add product images to products using Woocommerce. I understand that pro version will show the folders but I can’t see them when I open the Media library popup. Please can you help? I’ve installed the pro plugin but not the add-on as I wasn’t sure what this does or if I need it.

    Hi

Did you use the free version before?
If so you need to remove that version.
And best reinstall the Pro version with all components.
It could also be a theme issue, you can test that by selecting the default WordPress theme,if possible of course.

If that does not help, please reply so the author can help you.

Not support but an experienced user of the plugin
    Good luck

    Hi Peter

Gosh that was a super quick reply! Thank you. Yes I did use the free version but I have removed that. If I reinstall the Pro version will I lose all the folder syncs I have done? Also when you say ‘all the components’ what do you mean? Sorry if this is a daft question.

Yes I have tried a default theme but no joy. I’m using Avada by the way.

@jen000, this forum is only for questions about the free version of the plugin. www.ads-software.com does not allow support of paid plugins here. Please log into the forums at MaxGalleria.com and we can deal with your questions there.

    Hi

No you can indicate in the setup of PRO that you do not want to delete tables when removing the plugin.
But as always perform a backup before you reinstall!
I mean just install the PRO version completely.
You could perform a reset of MLF, because after that all is synchronised with the default Media Library.
The fact that you do not see the folders could also be caused by a java problem. Could you have a look if you have a WordPress log, or log from your provider to see if an error is present.

Ok sorry Alan. I didn’t realise. I’ve left a message on the paid-for forum now.
