Can't see how much media upload space is left

  • This may sound like a really dumb question, but why can’t I see how much media upload space I have left?

    Even WordPress’s own Support page here says that it should be under Media Library on my Dashboard, but that doesn’t show up for me. And speaking of things that don’t show up for me, I also don’t have a Shop tab.

    Though I am not the blog’s original creator (it is a college newspaper website that has been passed down through webmasters for a couple years) I have an Administrator account for it, so I don’t think that’s the problem.

    Any ideas?

    That’s for WordPress.COM sites, which are separate from self-managed www.ads-software.com ones. Same thing for the Shop tab.

    How much media upload space you have depends on how much space you have on your server. Or if you bought a hosting plan, the space you have will depend on the limit it imposes.
