Can't see how to add a new language that's not there.

Hi,

Great plugin. I want to use it with Farsi/Persian (fa_IR, fa) but I can’t seem to add that to the plugin to use. The drop-down on the adding language page does not include it and I cannot see how to do that.

I have added a language without using the drop down and filling in the boxes manually but then all the flag images are broken.

What is the method of adding a new language that isn’t in the drop down?
