CANT SEE INSTAGRAM FEED

    I’ve updated the latest instagram feed/smash balloon plugin and I’m pretty sure that my wordpress is up to date. I’ve put the shortcode in and there are still no instagram images on display, only my instagram name.

    Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Please send your plugin’s “System Info” which will help us better troubleshoot this issue for you. To obtain this information go to:

    WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – Settings – Support (tabbed page).
    Select all text in the “System Info” by clicking in the box, copy and then paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.

    Due to the nature of some of the information that the plugin system info might contain I ask that you submit this support request to us through this link here.
