Can't See My Blog

My WordPress hosted blog crimstarnetwork.com keeps disappearing. I get a “Safari can’t open the page https://crimstarnetwork.com because Safari can’t find the server https://crimstarnetwork.com”. According to WordPress the URL is active but I can only access the address intermittently. I can access the dashboard ok, but not the blog itself. I have other WordPress hosted blogs from the same account and all are these are visible and trouble free. Your assistance would be appreciated.
