cant see my dashboard

  • hello if I did an update with wordpress and some plugins.
    after the update, my woocomerce disappeared.
    I tried a few things such as deleting the woocomerce files with Filezilla, update the file permissions, and even checked the database with my hosting provider.
    after this when I log in to WordPress I only see the admin bar at the top and can’t see my dashboard bar on the right.
    i cant collapse it or something and my hosting provider cant help me further.
    can anyone help me>
