Thanks for reaching out.

I’d suggest running a conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts with the latest version of WooCommerce.

The best way to determine this is to:

– Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
– Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

students cannot navigate through the lessons (a few days ago it did not happen). I can edit the lessons, but when I try to preview I get an error: There has been a critical error on this website.

I understand the problem of the missing table has resolved but this problem is persisting still.

1. If the conflict test does not yield the cause of this behavior, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

2. Additionally, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error? Please let us know what you find.

As for the conflict test, if you’d prefer not to make any changes on your live site then you may duplicate your site to a staging environment and performing tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.
