  • Hi,

judging by the link you shared, it looks like you’re using the classic editor. Does the same happen for the block editor?

I’ve tested with a fresh install and it works fine for me, so I wonder if you have any active plugin for images or galleries? If so, can you try deactivating it and report what happens?

Another thing that comes to mind is that you may want to try installing the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ This will add the jquery-migrate library that was removed from 5.5. If you have a plugin that depends on that library but wasn’t updated to the latest changes, that would fix it.

Finally, if you could share the messages your browser logs to its console, it could be helpful. You may find how to access your browser’s console here.

    Hi,

those messages are useful, thanks. The message 404 means that the link to your images is wrong or the server can’t find them for some reason.

I visited your webpage, scrolled down to the bottom, and saw that a handful of images were missing as well:

    https://360infrared.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Spion-range-300×131.png
    https://360infrared.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/SpiTrackManagerIcon.png

Looking at the webpage source, it looks like the failing images miss the srcset attribute of the image while the src attribute use the above link (which is incorrect, the correct one would not have the ‘wp/’ part).

This sounds like something a plugin would do. Would you try this experiment and report back?

    – Deactivate all your plugins.
    – Assuming this fixes the problem, now activate the plugins one by one and check that it still works, until you find the culprit.

If the above doesn’t work, another thing you could do to get more info is installing the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ plugin and follow the reports.

Thanks for the help, i dint not succeed, I have now loaded all the media again and all is now good.

    thanks again

    :thumbs-up:

For the record, when I visit your page now I see that all images are loaded from https://360infrared.com/wp-content/uploads/ instead of https://360infrared.com/WP/wp-content/uploads/

Thanks Again Andres, what would be the best plugin to use to promote my site on google and chrome please. The best security options.

    Thanks
