Since yesterday no orders are showing up on the wooCommerce panel. We can still see them in our paymentmethods website. But they don’t appear under “wooCommerce > Orders”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It looks like you are using Comet Cache. Try deactivating it momentarily. Any change?

Thanks for a quick response!I have never used Comet Cache, and I don’t have any other cache-plugin installed at the moment.

I looked at the source for your homepage, and some files are coming from a folder called mmr, which is a cache directory, so there is some caching going on for sure. It could be an integral part of your theme. Are there any theme settings to clear the cache? What theme are you using?

I’ve been using cache-plugins before, but have removed them. w3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache. Maybe has something to do with them?

I use jevelin-theme. I can’t find any cache settings for the theme.

OK, well I’ll not get hung up on the home page because that’s not where the problem is. If you can go to the order page and check the page source markup, search for the sequence:
    /wp-content/mmr/
if you find this, the order page is being cached at least partially, but I don’t expect it is.

So the next debug step is to momentarily deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default theme like Storefront. Do you still have this problem?

Thanks for all your help! I was able to solve the problem and there was nothing wrong with wooCommerce. Our web host had an active securityfilter that was disabling the function.

    Thanks again!
