Can't see my plugins

  • I uploaded AllinOneSEOPack and GoogleXMLSitemaps using FileZilla (unzipped and to wp-content)

    At first I could not find them in my website WordPress, although other plugins (not activated) were listed.

    Now I am getting the message “you do not have permissions” and cannot see any plugins at all. I am very new to this. Can anyone help?

    I have now resolved this with the help of JustHost.
    I then uploaded the 2 programs via WordPress which proved much easier.
