Can’t see my post in the edit box

    I’m starting a blog and in the process of working on the about page. When I tried to edit the content, I see blank but it’s actually there because I can see it when I highlight. And some buttons do not work too like the add picture/video buttons.

    What could possibly be wrong?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
