    It because you probably are viewing the site on a different domain then you are logging in on. For example, you might be logging in on https://www.example.com but viewing the site on non-www like just example.com or one might be https and the other non-https.

    Look at that and look in WordPress under Settings > General and make sure the WordPress and Site url are the same.

    We’re having the same issue. Is there a way to make the plugin work with a different WordPress and Site url? We have wordpress installed in the subfolder “/wordpress” but the site url without “/wordpress”.

    Also experiencing the same problem. We’ve used this plugin on 100s of websites but it’s recently changed? We install all our themes in a sub folder (for the many benefits this has).

    Plugin works fine with sub folder setup. First check and see if you see the black WordPress admin bar while logged on the front side. If not then you have a miss configured sub folder setup.

    hmm, I’m not sure then without debugging. I have subfolder setup as well and it works fine.
