• I changed my theme and did not make any changes other than the background color. The background color did not change up where my site title and tag line are. I expected everything to sort of work as a unit but now what I’m seeing is that you can’t read my tagline – the color is too faint. Can I change just that color?

  • It depends on the theme you are using.

    As you have not included a link to your site, the answer is “maybe”.

    Oh, so you can’t? You’re saying if I change the theme, I will probably see the problem is rectified. great. The theme I choose is called – I believe- dark wood. I choose it because I wanted comments to appear. I don’t particularly like the theme though being able to change that background was nice. Do you know of any others where I can let my viewers leave comments. I’ve seen the PS/2 one and decided not to use that one.

    Yes, I can, if I can see which HTML elements the theme you are using wraps the tagline in. Then I can tell what custom CSS to add to your child theme to make it work.

    Most themes support comments.

    Do you know of any others where I can let my viewers leave comments.
