Can’t see on cart

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to use this plugin to add additional notes by product, i want to recibe specification from my customers in each products.

    I installed this plugin, activate it and add a text area field but when i add a note then i can’t see in the cart.

    Could you help me?.

    Other thing that i’m not sure if is working fine is that when i set the value field, then my value text remplace the place holder.

    Ex.
    Text Area Field
    Place Holder: ‘TEST’
    Value: ‘VALUE’

    When i enter to the product i see the text field with VALUE as place holder.

    Please disable the AJAX add to cart option, and try again.

    Hi,

    Continues with the problem. It’s working only in Products with variations, i want to use in simple productos too.

    Is it possible?,

    I’m trying to use Text Area Field.

    If i write in a Variation Product, then i can see the note in the cart, but if is a Simple Product the note does’t apear in cart page.

    I disable Ajax Add To Cart, but continues with the error.

    Can you confirm.

    Variation Product:
